Our most popular support start up package is our 3 hour “get up and running” and 5 hours of remote IT support cover during business hours 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
This package allows access to our telephone and email support desk where engineers can remotely log onto your device and assist with your IT issue in order to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
If we need to we’ll come out and visit you to fix the problem if we can’t remotely.**
