Vissensa’s “fixed price per user, per month" model provides our customers with an IT Service that’s easy to understand and easy to budget for.

Customers on this package are able to call the Vissensa IT helpdesk for help with any issues, as and when they arise with applicable IT Support Service Level Agreement in place, without worrying about incurring any extra costs or using a block of bank hours.

Block Hours Model

Vissensa’s “block hour" model is perfect for customers who wish to call upon us for occasional support, for example if an issue arises that is beyond their capabilities.

This model suits businesses that don’t need consistent IT Support, for example if they already have an IT Manager/Engineer in place and only need extra resource occasionally, or for smaller business with less IT demands.

Infrastructure and Hardware Management Services

Vissensa’s highly skilled team have experience across a wide range of vendors and technologies, and provide monthly services to on-premise and off-site hardware.
