Candidates will need good interpersonal skills which allows for good team working, can lead other team members when required and asked. Can demonstrate good troubleshooting and clear thinking under pressure if needed. The experience of the candidate should include troubleshooting, vendor management and client response liaison.
Experience in the following areas would be desirable:
- Knowledge and understanding of ticketing systems
- Knowledge of working with Remote Management Tools
- Microsoft 365 and Azure
- A basic understanding of Firewall and Switches
- Experience of working as part of a Technical Support team
The successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Work with the current technical team to enhance existing service offerings
- Manage the monitoring and analysis tools and report any requirements
- Ensure problems and requests of assistance are kept within agreed SLA’s
- Advise the sales team on design, equipment and licensing queries
- Deliver solutions into new and existing clients in both PublicPrivate Cloud environments
- Assist in the ongoing support and development of customer environments
