Vissensa’s “fixed price per user, per month" model provides our customers with an IT Service that’s easy to understand and easy to budget for.
Customers on this package are able to utilise IT help desk outsourcing for help with any issues, as and when they arise with applicable IT Support Service Level Agreement in place, without worrying about incurring any extra costs or using a block of bank hours.
Block Hours Model
Vissensa’s “block hour" model is perfect for customers who wish to call upon us for occasional support, for example if an issue arises that is beyond their capabilities.
This model suits businesses that don’t need to be outsourcing IT Help Desk Support consistently, for example if they already have an IT Manager/Engineer in place and only need extra resource occasionally, or for smaller business with less IT demands.
