PRMA Consulting made a decision to outsource their IT provision at an early stage in their development and as a key deliverable of the transition, Vissensa was asked to work with external software developers to implement a bespoke internal project management system based on Microsoft SharePoint.

Providing a smooth transition into a shared virtualised cloud environment operated by Vissensa was completed and the implementation of the new SharePoint management system without major disruption to PRMA’s day to day business was seamlessly integrated into Vissensa’s monitoring and management platform.
PRMA’s requirements have changed throughout the relationship and Vissensa has advised and supported the development of desktop services to allow staff to work from any location, along with the day to day support of a growing user community working alongside the IT team at PRMA.
